Complete channel ingestion · API only

Refine a YouTube channel into a skill you keep.

Liquid Gold fetches every video, captures captions or speech-to-text transcripts, reads the strongest comments, then curates and digests the channel into a downloadable skill folder. One channel in. A durable knowledge asset out.

The channel becomes an archive, then a point of view.

Six processing responsibilities turn a long upload history into a smaller, reusable knowledge layer without discarding the source trail.

Complete inventory

Resolve the channel, enumerate every upload, and preserve metadata through the approved API path.

Transcript coverage

Use available captions first, then a planned speech-to-text fallback for caption-less videos.

Comment synthesis

Read top-level comments and replies so audience objections and use cases stay visible.

Source attribution

Keep video-to-topic lineage instead of melting a channel into untraceable prose.

Portable packaging

Deliver an authored SKILL.md, video handouts, and topic files in one downloadable ZIP.

Delta reruns

The target design ingests only new uploads so later maintenance does not rebuild finished work.

Built for people who need the whole channel.

A single summary can tell you what one video said. A channel skill preserves the recurring ideas, disagreements, and vocabulary that only emerge across the full body of work.

Researchers

Move a field’s scattered lectures into attributed topics without losing the source trail.

Course builders

Find the reusable structure hidden across months of uploads and live sessions.

Consultants

Give every team the same searchable channel memory, not another list of links.

Study groups

Turn a lecture series into shared preparation notes while keeping each claim traceable.

Media teams

Recover recurring narratives and audience reactions from interview archives.

Due-diligence reviewers

Inspect a creator’s full body of work before licensing, quoting, or collaborating.

Questions before you submit a channel

What do I receive?

A ZIP containing one folder for the channel: an authored SKILL.md, per-video handouts, and topic files with source attribution.

How long does a channel take?

A large channel is designed for an approximately hour-long run. The live stage view is not implemented yet.

How are captions handled?

Available captions are fetched first. Caption-less videos are planned to use an API speech-to-text fallback.

Can I rerun a live channel later?

The product contract calls for delta ingestion, but the rerun and pricing policy remain open implementation work.
